     SeaScape Property Management customizes contracts to meet our customer’s needs. We can create a contract that encompasses a full range of services for your community. We can also create a contract to provide a select few of our services based on your community's needs. Following is a list of services provided by  SeaScape Property Management.

    Bookkeeping Services:
    • Billing and collection of homeowner association dues and assessments.
    • Payment of all bills.
    • Preparation of all required taxes.
    • Development of annual budgets
    Contractor Services:
    • Preparation of RFI’S, RFQ’S and RFP’s.
    • Collect both business licenses and insurance information on all contractors awarded contracts.
    • Supervise all work completed by contractors.
    Secretarial Services:
    • Prepare and send out notification of board meetings and homeowners meetings.
    • Prepare and send out minutes from both board meetings and annual homeowner meetings
    • Prepare and oversee the proxy/voting process.
    • Develop and maintain a current community directory.
    Miscellaneous:
    • Maintaining proper insurance coverage.
    • Work with the community and lawyers to modify homeowner association rules and regulations.
    • SeaScape will enforce homeowner association rules and regulations.
    • Respond to questions or complaints from property owners via telephone, fax, email or snail mail.
    • SeaScape will act as the repository for mail and or packages destined for your community organization.
    • A SeaScape representative will visit your community as soon as possible after weather related emergencies to assess damages.
